Christmas day 2022

On 25 th December 2022 ALJECO kids witnessed a very beautiful Christmas celebration. It has been a trend for them that each year on public special days to stay at their home, eating, drinking, singing together. In fact it usually celebrations not in a very distinctive manner, But this last Christmas celebration went very much different For ALJECO kids.

On Christmas day Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG Church) Dodoma located in Area D took a decision to invite children from different foster care placements (orphanages) ALJECO was included. The kids dressed casually that day. In the morning ALJECO management team took kids for church service where they were invited. Kids met different children from other foster care placements whom they had good time with like playing. After church services there was a special organized event where some kids had little entertainment by singing a song, eating favorite food with other kids and the church donated different things for the kids such as school materials. ALJECO kids were provided with school shoes and bags.

It was a day full of joy and laughter for ALJECO kids.
